The Order of Two Moons is led by twin sisters who go by the names Luna and Lilith. Their special gifts and highly advanced augmentation technology make them forces to be reckoned with.They lead their followers on a journey to unravel the mysteries behind this world and discover their rightful place in it.

Luna and Lilith are the twin daughters of a prominent member of The Order named Selene. Selene had been part of The Order since she was a young girl and was a student of Phaedra and Nyx, the original founders before their mysterious disappearance when she was a teenager. She had been very close with them and they had taken a special interest in her training and education in their later years.

Being trained by Phaedra and Nyx, Selene was well respected within The Order and when she came of age, she was named a member of the council which took over leadership of the order after their disappearance. 

During her time as a member of the council, she became close with a mysterious woman known as the Oracle, an old friend of Phaedra and Nyx whose powerful psychic gifts allow her to see visions of the future.

When Selene became pregnant, The Oracle had a vision. She told Selene that she would give birth to twin daughters, and that those daughters would eventually become powerful leaders of The Order who find answers to some of their oldest questions. Selene was shocked by this prophecy and asked her what their names should be. The Oracle told her that in her vision, they were named Luna and Lilith after the sacred and dark moons at the center of their mythology.

Selene gave birth on the night of a new moon. The Oracle was there and blessed her daughters and gave them sacred crystals that were passed down from Phaedra and Nyx.

The burden of The Oracle’s prophecy weighed heavily on Selene as she raised Luna and Lilith. She poured her life into their education and training their psychic abilities. The sisters raw talent was unlike anything Selene had ever seen. By the age of 5, they had surpassed her powers and showed no sign of slowing down. Selene called on The Oracle to help with their training and she agreed to help them harness their talents.

As the sisters grew to adulthood, their abilities eclipsed every other member of The Order, even The Oracle. They seemed to possess a wisdom and composure beyond their years. To help them control their powers, Selene enlisted the help of a former NeoSec engineer to create custom cyberware for Luna and Lilith. This cyberware uses cutting edge quantum field amplifiers to enhance and focus their abilities. The visors they wear allow them to channel their abilities to see the energy fields around them with exceptional precision. 

When they turned 25, The Oracle spoke to the council and told them Luna and Lilith were ready to take over leadership of The Order. While there was some political resistance from the more powerful members of the council, with the support of The Oracle and Selene the council voted to name Luna and Lilith the new leaders of The Order.

With full authority over The Order, Luna and Lilith began their mission to complete Phaedra and Nyx’s work of uncovering the mysteries of the two moons.
